These are the terms you accept when you take up an invitation to coaching. Read them before you enroll — your coach will ask you to agree to this version by name.
Draft for owner review. The service scope and pricing below reflect the current program design. Cancellation, refund and dispute wording must be confirmed by the owner (and, where appropriate, a lawyer) before any client is billed.
Two 60-minute one-to-one live Zoom coaching sessions every month — 24 sessions across the 12 months. Between sessions you may message your coach; replies are normally within two business days. Each written plan, report or assignment receives up to two rounds of coach review and feedback within a phase. Sessions are scheduled through the booking link in your portal and may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; sessions missed without notice count as delivered.
The founding client rate is $199 per month for months 1–3, then $299 per month for months 4–12 — $3,288 in total across the 12-month journey. The step from $199 to $299 at month 4 is part of the plan you agree to up front; there is no other price change, and no mid-cycle upgrade or additional charge without your written agreement. Your exact schedule is shown in your invitation and again at checkout before any payment method is entered.
Pastoral Formation 360 is a 12-month coaching and formation engagement. Your coach provides assessment, guidance, structured planning tools and scheduled coaching sessions. Coaching is not counseling, therapy, legal advice, financial advice or medical care, and it does not confer ordination or credentials by any body.
You agree to complete the assessment and planning work for each phase, to attend scheduled coaching sessions or reschedule them in advance, and to answer honestly. Progress through the six phases depends on completing the previous phase.
Coaching begins after your coach issues an invitation and you accept it. Enrollment is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Your monthly price is shown in your invitation before you accept.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; you keep portal access until then. Monthly payments already made are not refunded, and unused time within a paid month is not pro-rated.
If a monthly payment fails, your coach's team will attempt to collect for a short grace period during which access continues. If payment is not completed, access is paused until billing is restored. Your coach may also pause an engagement by agreement, for example during illness or a ministry crisis.
Your coach may grant a reduced rate, a sponsored place or a fully funded place at their discretion. Sponsored places carry the same participation expectations as paid places.
Your application, assessment responses, reflections and messages are visible only to you and your coach. Coaching notes and reports remain private until your coach releases them to you. Your coach may disclose information without consent only where there is a serious risk of harm or where law requires it.
You may request a copy of your released reports and plans at any time, and you may request deletion of your account. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored by Ministry Formation 360. We store only your enrollment status and billing dates.
